[It was risky but Haruka had to at least attempt it. Watching Michiru perform on stage reminded her of the good times they've spent together. Despite how different this Michiru may have been, it didn't change the fact that she was still her. Elegant, graceful, and beautiful as always. Her fingers naturally playing the keys on the piano, accompanying the strong strides of her violin. Nothing strange, none of this time difference between them. At that moment, they were in sync with one another.

Thanking the staff for allowing her to slid their performance into the program, Haruka finally made her way towards backstage. Spotting her partner, she couldn't help but return a smile.]

It's good to know some things never change, ha ha.

[her smile broadens a touch as she hears Haruka's voice, and her eyes close as she tilts her head just a touch. She doesn't need to look at the blonde to confirm her presence further or communicate clearer. She can read Haruka well enough by her nearness alone]

Ara? Did you think you were stuck with a Michiru too old to play anymore?

[Her tone is gently teasing. She's in a good mood, and thus even more inclined to poke fun at people. Haruka in particular, because she knows that even this Haruka knows the game]

[for a moment she simply enjoys the sensation, her eyes closed and a warm, amused grin on her lips. Then she stands smoothly, gracefully, and faces her partner, almost closing the gap between them. She places a hand on her chin, affecting a coy expression as she speaks with love and a playful tone lacing every word]
