I hit 130 today. My goal weight for today was 131 so I'm doing good! I started at 137, so since the 18th I've lost 7 lbs. its been super easy.

eating 1400 calories a day, if you eat low calorie snacks it's hard to even reach that! Exercising about 2 times a week. No late night snacks, cutting back on the weed smoking.
