So lost 2 lbs. Then I screwed up, Shannon and I made pot brownies and I was high for 30 hours! I ate cinnamon rolls, HUGE cup of fro yo with choco chips, Raviolis, goldfish, chili, tonssss of food. It totally fucked up my weekend. But I made up for it yesterday.

1 lb a week is easy, I just have to watch my calories.
