walking in the parking lot
it's night-time, hands above my head
in loops
i circled a puddle, a pond
which shadow are you?
there
and back
the street lights like galaxies
deep space
your eyes, a green eternity
-
a green
history
blur the edges
my dress in the breeze
doorsteps
an entrance
a trance i'm in
like a tree i learned to forgive
to bend
let it shake me
can't break me
let the navy blue suck me up and in
before you realize
balancing
see through,
see-through
seeing it through
see me through and through and we're not through we're
making an acception
an encore, deafening
cool my arms against the iron
cheek on the railing
i hear it and
i see it all
