Angie: I have two balls. See one's sticking out! They make noises when they're happy.
Me: and get pretty hard.
Angie: Yes. When they're sad they just sit there. Oooh it's sticking out again!
Me: Gimme them!
Angie: No! Get your own! They're mine!!!
Me: Give them to me!
Angie: Look! One's sticking out.
[Pushes it back in.]
Angie: Now they're happy.
