I was looking for other adaptions, and more information on the 'old' days - and was mistakenly led to a film titled 'Labyrinth'. You'd think that since it was labelled 'fantasy' (which 'myths' are part of these days), I thought that it'd have something to do with personal history, etc. But no, instead it's a crazy 101 minute movie which is more nuts than any of you guys.

Which is saying something.

The movie quite frankly has nothing to do with anything relevant. The only thing I grant it is that there was a maze in it, with traps, and that the jerk of the story...was distracting. And that the Labyrinth clearly couldn't have been solved without assistance. BUt otherwise? Anything in common? Tartarus, no.

Okay, and maybe the fact we had a masquerade recently, but I didn't see anyone throwing chairs around...

But otherwise? Nothing whatsoever. Apparently no one has even made an adaption, though there's some book versions. I have a series, kid-oriented, but I thought I'd start with that. Because after that headtrip? It can't get much more fucked up than that. And I have some guy named Shakespeare to look into as well...

...that said, anyone need a good laugh and 'what the fuck?' session? My rental's good for a few more days, and I'm willing to lend it out.

not dropping hints in the slightest, your adaption? it's wrong, modern mortals - i'm ashamed to be one, couldn't have done it without me, sarcasm: it's a way of coping, !ic, my labyrinth had no bowie, the annoyance is strong in this one, hell no hell no hell no, !text post, !003, and into the land of the crazies
