Some guy named Adam. Let me find the post... Here. The fair maiden Rita asked for my assistance, and I simply couldn't let her walk into a possible trap alone. It would be positively unchivalrous of me.

That's nice of you to try to save him for Rita. Even if he ended up not being there. Guess someone else got to him first.

I guess someone did, but I still find it a little insulting. When you ask for a guy's help, he just assumes you actually need it. Either way, I couldn't let Rita go alone, nice or not; it'd be so disappointing if something happened to her.

I'm glad you didn't let her go alone. A lot of people would have been upset if something happened to her.
