People Protesting the Pro lifers at UO Emu
I'd like to give the first annual jack ass award to the people outside protesting the presence of the pro lifers. If nothing else, the democrats are the free speech and anti-censorship party, so why is it that they would be so overly offended by these peacefully assembling people operating with in their first amendment rights. It's true that the images of aborted fetus' is disturbing, that's something that the pro choice and pro lifers can agree. After all, by no means is abortion a pleasant and glamorous process. It is however no excuse to protest a group that was obviously trying to appeal with shock value. It's also very amusing that the protest party would protest a peacefully assembled group that had lawfully filed all necessary papers and were on the campus with full permission from the UO. Democrat protesters you have made fools of yourselves. It is with that in mind that you are, to date, 2006's Jack Ass Award winners, congratulations.
