It would make things much easier if I acquire a roster of all the citizens currently residing in Manhattan. With the population skimmed to a degree and some new arrivals from unknown places, I think the computers here are in need of an update. If there is anything that I should know about, please give me a report as detailed as possible.
From the looks of things, there hasn’t been any martial law activity over the pass few months. It’s been awhile since I’ve been an actual cop, but I’m setting up a precinct. Any of you former officials who were involved in some sort of government branch, I request some of your assistance as well.
