I'm going to start on a project. I guess you can kinda say it's like what my friend,
writinghelps , is doing. I want to read fifty books by the end of the year.
I want to be exposed to new authors, books, essays, lives, etc. So, with the exception of
vinicardi , I would appreciate if everyone who actually reads my LiveJournal (or comes across it) to recommend three to five books.
The only books I don't want recommended are:
-The Perks of Being a Wallflower
-Crank
-Go Ask Alice
-the Portrait of Dorian Gray
-A Million Little Pieces
-The Secret Lives of People in Love
-Fight Club
-Any Harry Potter, or magic-related books. (I'm usually open to new books, but I can't stand magic crap).
That's all I can think of right now.
