Purse Meme!
Not doing much to dispel that rumor about posting only fic, am I? Eh, things are getting better though, figuring out a routine for work and all of that and dealing with family and their spring break and their attempt at making me go camping this weekend - so do not want - and writing more fic, as usual.
But first, a meme! The purse meme that I've seen so many people doing and I just recently changed purses so I thought I'd do it - because I have that camera and yeah. Deal with it.
So here we have the purse itself, along with phone for size comparison? (No not really, I just forgot to move it and yeah it's there) Also my bedspread - probably not the best background for taking pictures of a blue purse, oh wells
And now the stuff:
1. Coin purse! Because my wallet gets too fat for all the coins
2. Journals! One for my fic writing, when inspiration hits while I'm out and about and the other (with the puppy on the front) was a gift from mum for Christmas this year, I use it for taking notes at work.
3. Random papers! To do lists/contact lists/various sundry information
4. My phone! It was kind of cool when I got it, it does that slide open to the side thing with a whole keyboard hidden underneath, then everyone got touch screens and I was behind the times. Woe.
5. Wallet! My sister got this for me for Christmas a few years ago and I haven't ever gotten around to switching it up - it does it's job and that's all I really need in a wallet.
6. Glasses! I only wear them at the movies and occasionally while driving at night, I try to wear them during the day sometimes but omg I cannot handle things on my face. It's a good thing my vision is pretty decent otherwise there'd be trouble.
7. Gum! Orbits(z?) Bubblemint, I am addicted, for reals.
8. Chapsticks! The yellow is lemon flavored and I can't help but lick my lips forever when I put it on, probably defeats the purpose but yeah.
9. Pens! Because you always need a pen.
Not pictured:
1. Camera! Because obviously it's being used at the moment.
2. Netbook! I used to carry a smaller purse, but then I started this new job and I occasionally need the netbook so I needed a purse large enough to carry it so I wouldn't have to carry around two bags.
3. Keys! They're in my purse most of the day but when I get home they end up on the key rack in the kitchen.
4. Nintendo DS! Because I've been playing Zelda: Spirit Tracks in the evenings and it just doesn't make it back into the purse. I have to save Zelda you guys!
5. Random book! I usually carry a book around, but since I got the ereader for Christmas I haven't done that much, and I'd be distracted forever if I started carrying the reader around with me.
Ummm yes, I guess that's it. That is my purse! And my stuff! Now I've got to work! But my sister is downstairs watching Inception and I just want to go watch Arthur and Eames be BAMFs ... le sigh (it's bad I know right where the movie is at just by listening to the soundtrack right?)
