My sister got back from Wisconsin yesterday. She actually bought me some stuff from there, which was pretty decent of her. She bought a BUNCH of Mallow Cups... Yummy! Haven't had one of those in about ten years. They're sooo good!

Went to Louisville today and had a good time. Went on a few roller coasters, but I was too chicken to go on any steel coasters... I just stuck to the two wooden ones. I can't stand the thought of going upside-down. Maybe next time. We had our picture taken on one of the roller coasters and I've been laughing everytime I look at it! It's hilarious! Anyways, we left out early and got home early, so I was happy. Six Flags was fun, but we got rained out after a few hours. We could've stuck around for a little while longer because the rain stopped about 30 minutes after we left, but we were tired so we went and headed across town to Qdoba and Perkins. At Perkins, we bought a pie to bring home (set it in a cooler with ice) and some muffins. At Qdoba we bought some burritos. They have THE absolutle best Mexican food. It seems expensive at first (over $5 for one burrito), but they are huge. So really, it can take you two meals so that's not bad. They are sooo yummy... beans, rice, cheese, salsa. I haven't been to either one since I lived in S. Dakota, so it was definitely a mouth-watering experience! All the good 'ole memories of Rapid City came flowing back. I wished I had been able to eat some nachos from Qdoba, but we were bringing the food home (didn't want to eat in the car, so we brought the cooler to keep everything nice and cold) and nachos just aren't good reheated. But it makes me want to move to Louisville just for the good food. Owensboro has a lot of restaurants, but it's all fast food. We need a Perkins, Qdoba, Culver's, and perhaps a Schlotsky's Deli.

So that about wraps up the day. Now I'm just eating a Mallow Cup and enjoying the night off from work.
