^^^I though the followning portion covered that. I should go more in depth though eh? Also, was my last paragraph just completely ridiculous, cuz I felt like I was rambeling....
In response to the hatred and cruelty they were seeing from whites, many blacks began forming independent lives away from whites. They did so by establishing black neighborhoods, churches, and schools. As a result, blacks often secluded themselves from society instead of becoming incorporated in it as the new amendments had intended.
this has nothing to do with your very long essay here, which is quite informative, i might add (i would totally help you with it but since its for history, not english, the types of things i could comment on are irrelevent really). but anyways... i was just wondering if you have the new spill canvas cd? because my brother was listening to them today (i sware he obsesses over bands exactly a year after i do) and i forgot how awesome they are. so yes, just wondering if it's any good.
I think it's funny you guys, who aren't in my history class actually took the time to read this. lol. i greatly apologize for the boringness of it, but I'm glad you liked it. I was really mad when I was writing it so it's a little rushed and like Dan said, I still (unfortunately) have stuff to add. But thanks for reading. Miss ya! <3
