(no subject)
all of the bridal stuff is 50% off at hobby lobby this week. my mom and i went today and i did so well!
i spent $182 and got all of this:
-225 invitations (all i have to do now is have them printed which won't cost too much)
-75 small silver bells to have on the tables for us to kiss since we won't be having glasses to hit
-24 things of bubbles for after the wedding (not many because i still want "rice" thrown)
-all of the bridesmaid's flowers/bouquets
-guest book
-my garter
-mine and levi's bride and groom sparkling cider glasses
maybe more but i can't think of it all right now. how great! i love doing this on our own, we are making a killing, people spend way too much on this wedding business, you don't need to!
my dress $100, the girl's dresses like $60, the jr bridesmaid's dresses were only $15.
we got an incredible deal on the tent stuff too. my mom and i are making the cake and a friend of my mom's is doing the catering with some other hired people.
now i need to book a photographer and dj. i am calling a boy from school to see if he wants to do my wedding, i don't think he would charge too much.
my hair isn't bright, fun red anymore because i have to start the process back to blond. oh well.
i have to train all this week at the hair salon. it sucks because the weather is nutso and i think i am getting sick.
levi doesn't leave for wisconsin until like sunday so he will have been home for 2 whole weeks!
oh! GOD RULES FOR REAL.
last sunday, a girl from work called because she really needed me to work for her that morning. i was totally bummed because then i couldn't go to church but wanted to help her out. so i asked my mom to go with levi so he didn't have to go by himself since he didn't know anyone but the pastor. she wasn't feeling well but decided to go along. she fell in love with it and said the same thing that i did after leaving there, she sees herself getting baptized there too :)
