It has been confirmed through much observation and deliberation that the city of St. Augustine posseses the most archaic drainage system in America. It would be a more effective means of travel to tie a raft to the ends of of angered manatees than to attempt to drive, bike, or walk(swim) in these condidtions. The good news: you dont have to go to the bathrrom to pee.
