1. Beets: Used to eat beets whenever my grandmother would pickle eggs with them. I don't remember if I like them or not.

2. Cabbage: Lol. I'm Irish, German, Polish and Scottish. We know Cabbage.

3. Swiss chard: No idea what this is. Olive oil sounds good though.

4. Cinnamon: - Not fond of it. But at least I can now eat it without blowing chunks (Got really sick of Goldshlager once and couldn't stand the smell of cinnamon for about 4 years).

5. Pomegranate juice: - Mmm... Chinese apples they used to call them. No idea why.

6. Dried plums: I don't believe I've ever had one. But hey if Worf likes it... But how can wrapping it in ham be healthy?

7. Pumpkin seeds: - I love punkin' seeds!

8. Sardines: - Really? All this time I was eating something healthy? I love sardines!

How to eat: Open up the tin and get a fork.

9. Turmeric: - Probably the only person that has no idea what that is.

10. Frozen blueberries: - Mmmmmm blueberries.

11. Canned pumpkin: Can't say I've ever eaten it outside of pie but I'll keep it in mind. I saw a punkin' soup on Hells Kitchen once that looked really good.
