Did you desaturate them all then play with the curves?

I desaturated them, played with screen and soft light layers, then played with levels and after that I used gausssian blur and then a overlay layer. Then I think I played with levels some more, but I can't remember.

In this case I went B&W because I couldn't get the original colours to work, so I 'cheated' lol.
