Just cos it's a brand new shiney netbook, does not mean it can play with Camtasia and let you see all the relevant option on a tiny screen.
When I say you can't upload the PROJECT file to youtube, I mean just that. It won't make the stuttering stop. That is a processing and prob codec prob.
