Marita is very weak and sleeping frequently throughout the day. Sunday and Monday she was off the glucose drip, which seemed to make her quite a bit weaker and much more tired. Yesterday we asked the doctors to put her back on the glucose, which did seem to make her a bit brighter.
She has had an uncomfortable tightness in her chest for the past few days, caused by fluid on her lungs.
R played violin to her tonight, which she loved, as did the nurses and other patients.
