1x10 "Targets" and 1x11 "Terrors"
SO CARTOON NETWORK HAS DECIDED TO LOVE US AGAIN and is showing new episodes of Young Justice again. Last week and this week's eps had some good Superboy moments and I'm just going to list them here for my future reference. TO SAY THE LEAST, SPOILERS.
1.10 TARGETS
- the alien ball has stayed with him and they have a sort of a superhero-pet relationship
- his name is Conner Kent! or rather, his civilian name. He thinks he's named for Kent Nelson AKA Doctor Fate. He doesn't know who Superman's civilian identity is yet.
- this ep seems to have him be a bit more resigned with Superman's lack of interest in him, but that could be a positive influence from the alien ball
- he's a kind of encyclopedia! Something gained through his teaching under the G-gnomes. For now, I'll it's something like Kon and his implanted knowledge and he only knows as much as a 16 year old would know.
1.11 TERRORS
- this ep shows how raw his daddy issues are! It seems to vary on the kind of environment he is in and the mood as well. Since he's in a more violent environment and because he's ready for fighting, he's more >|!! about it.
- SOUTHERN ACCENT, HE CAN HAS.
- he's alright with M'gann using telepathy if it's for a mission definitely. I'm not sure how far this extends and if he's okay with it on a regular basis, but it definitely is helping.
- OH MY GOD HE IS GOOD AT MANIPULATION, but it helps when your target is a stupid teenage boy with daddy issues of his own.
- He and M'gann have definitely gotten WAY closer in the time since Bereft. He is really distressed at the possibility of her being injured while she's on the girl's side of the prison and he is constantly sending her telepathic messages trying to reach her.
- HE IS VERY SADDENED AT THE THOUGHT THAT M'GANN MIGHT BE DEAD.
- FUCK YES MAKE OUTS
- also we're keeping Icicle Jr.
blah, more stuff i could add, but this makes me happy right now. also someone app Roy Harper/Red Arrow and Yuri LowenthalIcicle Jr. We have icons for you.
