I just had one of the coolest moments of my life.
I was driving home in the fading sunlight with my sunglasses on, sunroof open, and music blasting.
Everything just felt alright. Nothing mattered except that I was driving and not stopping. I felt like I could just keep going like that forever and nothing would ever touch me again.
I considered skipping the turn into my neighborhood and to just continue with that feeling but Drew should be meeting me at my house in a few minutes so I had to give in.
