Woot! And I was an English/Psych major, so all I ever did was literally read. Lots and lots and lots of pages. I remember at one point I think I have to read like 8 books in one week and write like 3 papers. Ah, the good old days.
Oh and also I'm thinking about writing a question in the D&C and if I do I'm totally going to write something in there about me and you fangirling them XD
I'm actually rereading poems for a quiz today. So yes, being awake right now is balls.
I'm taking two English courses and a Philosophy in Literature course, and a Sociology course (wasn't expecting so much reading in that) right now and DAMN I can't wait until this semester is over.
LOL YOU SO SHOULD. Everytime I listen to the podcast I think I should write in a question and stick in "And I only posted this question once so I figure it has a good shot of being picked in the next ninety days" at the end. (I made Damon/D&C icons last night!)
UGH GOD. Any Philosophy of Lit class has got to be rough, I once took a Theories of Psychoanalytic Lit course and almost threw myself off a roof onto a Moon Bounce. I used to take like 3 Psych classes and 3 Lit classes all at once, and yeah - Sociology and Psych has a lot more reading in it than most people realize, I think haha.
NEW D&C ICONS! I should go write into them now so they can use it on the next podcast ;lkl;ksjdsfldk
Philosophy of Lit is such a BS class. I have only enjoyed one section of it and that was when we were studying Dante's Inferno (which I love and have studied three times prior). I dunno if it's the teacher or just the class in general but I feel as though I have learned diddly.
Doooooooooo iiiiiiiiiiiit. I wrote them a question once and it never got on. Alas. I think I would die if they read your question. Or at least have a freak out of massive proportions. Man I love these guys.
In the bible, Jacob had a son named Benjamin. Benjamin's mother was a woman named Rachel, who had trouble concieving. Later on Benjamin's tribe was purged by the other Isrealites for doing something so heinous they apparently needed wiping out.
Is Juliet's sister Rachel somehow Ben's mother? And does Ben maybe have a brother named Joseph, who (apart from wearing a cool coat) is leading another tribe elsewhere?
This is definitely the craziest Lost theory I have ever dreamed up, but I would love to hear your reaction! My friend Lizz and I are HUGE fans of the podcast, and we love spreading the word to anyone who has not yet had the pleasure of hearing about Damon's pantsless existence. Thanks!
I LOVE IT. Damon's pantsless existence LOOOOOOOOOOL. (The keywords for this icon are "not wearing any pants.") They make fun of people's name so much that you know they'll try and figure out what Jears are and why I spell my name with 2 Zs. SO GREAT.
We are so setting ourselves up for disappointment right now but A;LKSDJF;AKDSFJA;D SFA I can't even care. I'm so tempted to leave them a question, too, and be like "BTW, GO READ RACHEL'S QUESTION, TOO, PLZ."
*high-five for English majors*

I mean they get a buttload of questions, so the chances are really slim, but who doesn't like a crazy bible theory!?
And I want them to point out that my name is also Rachel LOL ;lskefjklsd
