To any new friends: Every week I write a Harry Potter Friday Five for hogwarts_grads and post them here as well. Feel free to answer the questions here or post them in your own journal.

1. If you were a student at Hogwarts, which character do you think would be your best friend? Why

Yay, fun!

1. I think Ginny would talk to me, 'cause I'm generally shy and she seems to be friendly to everyone.
2. Um...This is actually didn't involve Hagrid, but it's about him- when Ron said he was singing a lullaby to Norbert.
3. The quills.
4. Legilimency. I guess if I wanted someone not to read my mind, I'd only have to not make eye contact.
5. I'd like to see Harry returning at Hogwarts, but just to live there, not for the classes. The teachers will be in Hogwarts, the Aurors will be in Hogwarts, so many portraits with information are in Hogwarts, a huge library is in Hogwarts- I think that the best place for his temporary stay is Hogwarts.

o1. I'm pretty sure my best friend would be Ginny. My best friends always were a Ginny type ^^

o2. Every time he says something he's not supposed to say and tries to get out of it, hehe

o3. I'd have to second the Extendable Ears!

o4. I think I'd prefer to know Occlumency. That way I'd make sure no one reads MY mind! No matter how much I'd like to read others ^_^

o5. I would like to see him go back to Hogwarts. But it can only be for a short period of time, like, to see Dumbledore in a portrait. It'll be fun to learn more about the Wizard world outside Hogwarts! MAN, I CANNOT WAIT!

1. I'd be friends with Remus. My image of him as a student would be someone who is a bit nerdy, but still likes to have a great time.
2. Hagrid and the Blast-Ended Skrewts. I love how he tried to justify the horrid creatures.
3. U-No-Poo! hahaha!
4. Legilimency - if you can read your opponent's mind you can gather all of the information you'll need.
5. Outside of Hogwarts. There is so much that needs to be accomplished in the final book. I cannot see how Harry would be able to return to classes. Also, I want to read about this Horcrux search.

OHMYGOD. I picked Neville too, before reading your answer!! I think WE would've been each other's best friends if we've been at Hogwarts. :D

1. If you were a student at Hogwarts, which character do you think would be your best friend? Why?
Either Ron, because he's awesome and just the type of boy I'm always friends with, or either of the twins...for the same reason, really. Funny, cute, entertaining boys are my favorite.

2. What is your favorite Hagrid moment?
I'm not a huge fan of Hagrid, and he tends to annoy me a lot of the time, so I really had to think about this. I think it's probably when he's fighting the Death Eaters at the end of HBP and he gets Fang out of the burning cabin. I just love how he is still Hagrid in all of that mess, concerned about his dog and not quite understanding why this is all happening.

3. Which of the Weasley twins' inventions is your favorite? So many to choose from! lol I think the best was the Whiz-Bangs. How cool were those? (Honorable mention goes to the Portable Swamp and U-No-Poo for sheer amusement).

4. Which would you rather be capable of: Legilimency or Occlumency? I think probably Occlumency, actually, because, while I
