Haha...when I first moved to Rhode Island, one of my co-workers (who was from Cranston) told me, "You soun like a nooscasta!" And people in England were dissapointed with my "American" accent, because they think of southern accents as the stereotypical American accent. I totally grew up with a southern accent (North Carolina), but now it's gone. I kind of miss it.
