randomly found your journal... just wanted to say i totally agree. i met claudio for the second time this year at s&s, and people WITH COHEED MERCH ON walked RIGHT PAST HIM. i couldn't believe it. the day before there were a billion stupid fans crushing me to see them perform, yet when the lead singer is standing RIGHT THERE they're too stupid to even notice. sigh.

Honestly, who cares how popular a band is? If you like them so much and they "changed your life" you shouldnt give a fuck whos wearing their sweatshirts or if they dont know every members name, age, and phone numbers. No matter how famous they get, they arent going to change what they write about or what they sing. If you love them so much then ignore the assholes in school who are wearing those shirts and shit. Yeh, there are people that go to shows not for the music, just for scene points, but there are those people who actually go because they like the bands just as much as you. Just dont hate on the others. Dont hate on the others, just ignore them and enjoy how c+c make you feel.

Ehh I don't know. Its just the way I feel about things and music and the bands I'd do anything for. And I have at least three of those bands who I'd hate to crumble and fall apart over stupid people and being advertised too much. And one of them has already died. But thank you for commenting that, I guess it isn't that bad, it just pissed me off at the time and still kinda is.
