Bonnaroo is 63 days away. (I didn't actually count. The website did.) I can't think of a single better way to spend 4 days plus the probably 2 days it's gonna take each way to and from. 4 days of music, relaxation, mind expansion, and being surrounded by like minded people. Check out this line up and tell me you're not jealous: Wilco (!!!), The Police, Ben Harper, Ziggy Marley, The Flaming Lips (!!), The Decemberists (!! I'm currently obsessed), Franz Ferdinand, The Roots, Regina Spektor (!!), Lilly Allen, The Cold War Kids, Dr. Dog, Tortoise, The Rx Bandits, anddd Apollo Sunshine!! And those are only the bands I listen to/knew about prior to the bonnaroo list coming out. Then there are a ton of other bands that are whatever like Wolfmother and all that bullshit but to me, live music is pretty much always awesome.
Since I lost my iPod, I can't decide if I want to spend my tax money on a new one or save it for Bonnaroo. But it's right after my graduation and right before my birthday so I'll have lots of money. I just have no clue how much I'm gonna need. And I don't want to run out. I'm gonna need like 100 for gas money alone. At least Ian's carola gets crazy milage.
There's another lacrosse team rape case all over the news. So glad I quit that shit.
The weather is finally getting to be ok, but of course it's going to snow tomorrow. Boo! I want to wear sandals, damnit!
