for a month or so i'll get creepy messages from people with AIM screennames like "BackloggedTrout" or "InsolentTrout" or something like that at random. yesterday, the person on the other side was wondering why i asked "have you lied to your children today," who i was, and why i'd say something weird like that.
today, i get an IM saying something to the effect, "you are too wonderful, i love you, i love you, i love youuu!" me, creeped out by another one of these trout people, did a little googling and found this:

realizing i had updated my livejournal recently, i looked at some of the comments, one of which pointed to this:

i brought this up to the person/bot, to which they responded in pig latin. charming.
in conclusion, i think it's time to take my AIM screenname off of LJ, facebook, and, um ... everything.
