I went to the Presets/Rapture concert tonight at the Grog Shop with Ashley. It was pretty awesome, except she and i both felt pretty sick and werent able to enjoy the show as much as we wanted to. The interesting thing I learned is Australians opinions about Cleveland, sorta. A guy next to me asked Julian Hamilton, the singer of the Presets, where they were from, and in his too-awesome accent responded "Australia" and then threw something about out there about how fucking amazing Australia is. I asked him in response to that, "why come to Ohio, we can't be that great. What is it about CLEVELAND that sounds so appealing?" and without missing a beat he coolly responded "well... 'Hello Cleveland!'"
To Australians, Cleveland is just known as the town that cliche rockband announcement points to. Thats not so bad, really.
