Dear Kushal Pandey,
We are pleased to let you know that we have revised your offer of employment with Tammina Solutions LLC, USA.
The terms and conditions of your employment will be as follows:
General Terms:
You will be designated as QA Analyst / Computer Programmer. You will be responsible to support Tammina Solutions, LLC. ‘s client software application development efforts as assigned.
In this position you shall report to President Software Consulting. As a QA Analyst / Computer Programmer, you shall be assigned to work at Tammina Solutions, LLC or its client Location.
Compensation and Benefits:
Initially, you shall be in training for a period of 4 weeks. Upon completion of training and selection by the end client, you shall be paid on monthly basis with an annual salary of $50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Dollars only) on W2 basis and you will be responsible for payment of the IRS taxes, and other applicable taxes. You shall be entitled for health insurance to self and a life insurance of $100,000.00 for self.
Duties of the Employee:
As an Employee, you will at all times give full attention and best endeavor of the benefit of Tammina Solutions, LLC. You agree to perform the duties that may be assigned to you by Tammina Solutions, LLC management in an effort, trustworthy and businesslike manner.
Start Date: You are required to report on 10th June 2006 (Saturday) at 10 AM ET .
Please bring the copies of your H1 visa/CPT/OPT card / proof that you applied for OPT card (If applicable) & transcript copies of your Degree. If you fail to provide us the required documentation within three (3) business days of commencing your work, your employment with Tammina Solutions will be terminated. We will be processing your H1B for the year 2006 up on successful completion of training.
