I was watching that last night and had forgotten he was in that episode, but not only did it have him it also had one of the actors from "The Dark Knight", so I was doubly excited.

Yes it is.

The actor that played Dalton (the bad guy) was the Mayor in The Dark Knight.

Cool. The only person I recognised - besides Jim - was the lady (marriage counselor) who plays in Glee. Can never remember her name though.
