desperately need to get my laptop fixed. all my counselling and psych work is on there, plus want it for my travel, plus dean's is just ridiculously slow and frustrating.
2 and a tiny bit months. i better kick this tonsilitis habit before then. flying home new years day should be interesting, urrrgghhh. where does one spend new years in beverly hills, i wonder.
decided my obsession with travel is hitting an all time high and if only i could find a job that encompassed me looking up flights and hotel deals all day long, i would finally be content. living and dying by tripadvisor is probably not the only skills i need to get a job there. plus they're based in boston. long way from sydney.
hot and sticky and sick. i paint a lovely picture today. at least there was good news from the real estate, who are going to try and reimburse me for my very expensive washing machine mishap when they really don't have to. but then again, i really didn't have to spend my sunday contacting emergency carpet savoirs - it's not my carpet after all, and then be out of pocket close to a thousand dollars. oh well. lets hope the landlords insurance will pay out.
christmas in new york. not a white one, i am sure. more like a slushy, dreary, rainy, cold one. still i cannot wait.
