+.let's fake it all for the fame yesterday. w00t. school was pretty cool... got my yearbook. they have some other crappy picture of me in art in there. bah. anyways. left school normal time... got on the freeway- stopped in Malibu Canyon/Agoura to buy a camera and get some food. got to sunset around 5 or so- parked- put eyeliner and such on- found a bathroom in some bar, then went and lined up (meanwhile, the Fluffer was only 30 minutes out of Ventura) dad had to buy drink tickets for me o_O stupid. i still have them. aaanyways. Doors opened... the Fluffer got there right about then... then her and Spikbekah met me in thurr.
+.they'll think delivering was easy The first band...Antiquark... wtf. k. there was a keyboard/synth/whatever else was back there chick in a wedding dress, a singer wearing some safety mesh with random objects on it, and a guy who just did interpretive dance in a pumpkin outfit. some good beats though i guess. second band was Wirebox- chick had a pretty good voice, you just couldnt hear it at all. and she pretty much ignored our side of the stage. psh.
+.living the fairy tales Society 1 was next... pretty interesting. Matt Zane is freakin crazy. He climbed up the tower of speakers, up onto the balcony, made his way around there, and crawled back down on the other side. and his weird crotch movements. wtf. o_o k. had a few good songs though- got the crowd moving at least. then... then.. then... gODHEAD! ^_^ w333. good stuff. finally got to see them. jason miller is so freakin great. rahhh. didnt play Penetrate or Deconstructed though. ohhh well. w33. the setlist, from what i can recall was... The Giveaway, The Reckoning, Just Like You, Anybody Else, Far Too Long, Eleanor Rigby, The Hate In Me and two more? i dont know =] bahaha. the wait in between gODHEAD and Orgy was meh... kept on teasing us. bastards.
+.and the lies, lies Orgy came one at about 11:15 or so. first song was Suckerface... then Dissention. after that i have no idea. Got to slap hands with Jay and Ryan... got a gigantic palmful of Ryan's sweat, shared some with the Fluffer o_o. At the end of Blue Monday, Jason Miller came back out and they randomly went into "Right Round Like A Record" or whatever. weird. highlight: they... played... OPTICON. *dies* my favorite Orgy song. fun. the "last" song was Fiction... then the encore was Stitches. of course. o_O and some other stuff in there. after that we went downstairs- got a shirt and a poster. w30r. attempted to find people... then lefted. got home around 2 or so... passed out on bed. end.
