Day 12
I'm not sure how many points B got because he didn't write it on the whiteboard, but what I do know is he went to work, cleaned the litter box, and got the mail (6 points total). I also know that he didn't do the dishes, which have been accumulating in the sink since Tuesday. Kinda funny that the reason I started this in the first place was because I was tired of looking at (and smelling) the dishes he'll leave in the sink until it's "worth it" to do them in one great chunk. That's why I instituted the rule that you only get 2 points for a "chunk" of dishes--whether they're 2 or 8 days old. But no. There they sit. And stink.
On the plus side, the lawn looks great, the laundry's done, and the house is well vacuumed (all him). I got 9 points yesterday, so my average for the week so far is 9.6 points a day. Assuming B did in fact get 6 points yesterday, his average would be 14.4 points. So I guess I can't gripe about the dishes so much. I just wish we had some clean glasses...
