Weight Loss Diary

So I 'm now using my livejournal as a weight loss diary. I decided that I don't like being out of shape, so I'm going to begin exercising and eating better until I get to a body shape that I'm satisfied with. Right now my main goal is to ease into it and treat it as a lifestyle change rather than a specific diet or exercise program that I'm adhering to. I want me to want to exercise every day rather than have to exercise every day. I'm essentially going to cut my meal portions down in size, and have a number of small snacks throughout the day (aiming for somewhat healthy snacks, like granola or fruit) and then either jogging, roller blading, or weight lifting at least every other day. I guess I'll see how this goes.

So most entries in here will be documenting my weight and body fat percentage, what kind of exercise I did, and how I feel in relation to my weight loss.

Weight: 193.0 lbs
Body Fat: 24.0%

- 30 minutes of jogging/walking
- Breakfast shake
- Granola Bar and bottle of water
