i think it's amazing ! i love the typo and the neon green
i would just rotate the graphic to the right a bit in the second picture
and the grey in the second one look more blue-ish but maybe it's just me

I love your icon. Your layout is nice, who's the lady?
AS for these two, I like them both but the first feels a bit cluttered and I'm not sure about the word "silly" being emphasized in the second, otherwise I think the second is overall more approachable if it were in a magazine such as Vogue whereas the first is more expected of a magazine like People.
