What have I been up to...
Rereading Bloods, a great oral history of the Vietnam war by American, black veterans.
Went to a crazy 8-bit show yesterday with Facundo and Awesome. Danced for like 5 hours straight. Met a cool guy named Alex from Montreal. Had a great time.
Went to Evan's 27th birthday party on Friday. Gave him a book on Sasquatch. Had a great time.
Did a casting call with Chris and Ciem. Saw a constant audience member of Comic Book Club at NYFA. Wanted to rip hair out because little girl who was auditioning wouldn't laugh.
Saw The Soloist. It was good, but way too melodramatic and full of itself at times.
Reread Illusions, loved it. Made me think, of course.
Is it me, or did we skip Spring this year? It went Winter - SUMMER. It was snowing in Brooklyn like 2 weeks ago!
I really hope I get the job I interviewed for. I would like to not be broke.
My nephew turns 2 tomorrow!
