PROLOGUE

“... the suspect will be moved into National prison on Tuesday. All of the money that been saved in his family’s bank account will be investigated...” Taemin immediately turn off the television after saw the same news all day. It was irritating to saw really bad news about your own father on repeat. And what made him hurt the most is the fact that he still believe his father that he will never, never, never betrayed him and his family like this.

But, that's happening right now.

Taemin sighed. It was the risk of become a politician anyway. Rumor, scandal, it will turn like this. He known it from the start.

He leaned his head in the couch, looked blankly at the perfect photograph of his -once- perfect family. There was his father, his mother, and younger verse of him in that picture.

That situation won’t repeat again no matter what.

Ever since his mother died, his father becomes more and more obsessed with his work. Money and degree was all on his father’s mind. Taemin wasn’t there anymore, not in a single mind.

Taemin closed his eyes. This morning, there was a phone call from his cousin, Jinki. The call was about common -i’m sorry to hear that- just like what other said, except in the end Jinki tell him that he has taking care of Taemin transfer-school progress from his current school -it was Jinki’s idea- so Taemin can be safe from the possibility of media attacks, he hope Taemin can stay focus on his study without being disturbed by the issue.

Honesty, I don’t even care.

So, it was like that. Taemin will move to some country side, living in a school-dorm, in the same school as his cousin, Lee Jinki. He should, he really should pack everything now. But, he can’t really move right now. Everything changed too fast. He lost everything. His mother, and now, his father too.

It’s better if i die. It’s better if i die. No one really care...

He closed his eyes; try to just erase everything away. And slowly, cold tears fell down to his warmly cheeks.
