Post-Nasal Drip and Why I Love My Laptop
My cold is now a runny nose. I sneezed while watching eternal sunshine on the laptop, opened my eyes and found lines of snot on my sheet. Which sounds grosser than it was. I just thought it was funny, since it reminded me of a time in middle school where someone else did the same thing in science class. And now he's very popular in high school.
It also reminded me of fourth grade, just after my old friend olivia stopped liking me. I had a bad cold and olivia was playing one of those "crack the egg on the head" games. So I joined in because I wanted to play with olivia. I don't really remember what happened. The only thing that still remains vivid is me unable to contain my breath any longer, letting it out my nose, and feeling warm snot drip down my filtrum, off the top of my lip, and onto the ground in front of me. And everyone screaming and me smiling for lack of any other way to react besides dissolving into the ground.
And then I go back to watching the movie. I might've felt a twinge in my stomache. Maybe not.
