Work. =)
Okkk so first day was kind of hectic... and some bitch came in at 8:59 (we close at 9) and ordered THREE footlong subs. WTF. And today things went MUCH smoother. The beginning I still kind of forgot some stuff, but it got better... went by muchhhhh quicker, too. Ohh, and I hung out with Luke before work! I was supposed to go to the BMA for GVAP, buuut when Rachel called at 7 to say she was outside my house, I was still asleep. Oops. >.< Whatever. I work again tomorrow from 11-4! I loveeee Subway, so I'm excited.
It's such a chill job, I just eat cookies & you can use your phone as long as you go in the back... the beginning's kind of slow, but then people start coming in and the time goes by REALLY fast... and at 7:30 we start cleaning up... so you're always busy... and Wed & today Luke came in to visit me & we ate dinner together. =) Sooooo that's awesome, too!! Yesss I just love Subway.
Mmm but apparently Verbanic's grading our "portfolio" for AP art. Haaa. Sike I have a ton of shit.. I'm bringing in a lot of photos, too. Buuut I need to finish a lot of stuff! Like I'm halfway done, but... I need to finish. Oh, and do some stuff, too. =/ That's what I'm doing tomorrow after work... before 24!!!! Aka the greatest show EVER! Duhh. And Monday morning I'll work on my portfolio some, too. yesss. I should have 10 pieces... considering I already have like... 6? And a ton of photos. I want to finish/do a bunch more before Friday, but if that doesn't happen, I'll still have 10. Whateverrr I don't think I'm even turning in a portfolio... not because I can't, but because it's a waste of $82. PCAD doesn't give me ANYTHING for my portfolio... MICA, if I get a 5 (yeah, right) they'll let me skip Drawing I and Painting I... which is cool, but I'm not getting a 5. I kind of still want to do it, though... to see what I'd get? But $82 is a lot to waste right before college. I dunno, whatever.
Ohhh but something wonderful! My dad's buying me the Adobe Creative Suite. Basically... it has a crapload of Adobe programs... Photoshop, InDesign, Macromedia, Adobe Reader, Go Live, Illustrator, Dreamweaver..... normally it costs $1200, but because of some student discount he found it's $400?? Beasttttt. Even though I really just need photoshop for my Mac, but whatever... the other stuff's cool, too. Mm but I'm tired now... and I have to be at work at 11, soooo I'm going to sleep. Cool.
