On love and eating solo

Man, I was thinking about unrequited love. I figure it's best to just walk that shit off. Find someone else to be excited about. It's like if you love ice cream but your ice cream man friend won't give you any. Maybe he's got a good reason. It cuts into profits. Who knows? Being something of an expert on unrequited love myself, I perfectly agree with your statements. However, if someone wants ice cream, it's pretty hard to start enjoying donuts. The two are nothing alike. They each have their own features which make them distinct. It's hard to enjoy a donut when what you want is something cold and full of cookie dough. Neither is necessarily better, but the stomach and the heart just happen to want what they want.

I eat by myself all the time. I do not enjoy it. Especially if I have no newspaper.

Thats why I said to walk it off for the ice cream fixation. You don't immediately segue into donuts. Duh.

You're absolutely right. I realize I'm commenting back to you way late.

So I was going through old livejournal conversations, and I happened upon one we had in 2002. And I got to thinking about how we don't talk really anymore.

How's Washington? How's life? What's up? What's new? What's the good news? What's the haps? How's it going, snuckleberry? I would like answers to all of those questions, in order.
