Clearing out the dust
Hello everyone and welcome (welcome back to some of you readers)
I first started this blog in 2008 before I left for a 4 month study abroad session in Berlin. I have posted on it briefly every time I travel but now I am reviving it since I will be leaving for Germany again in a few short weeks. This time I will be headed to Broethen a small town near Hamburg as an au pair.
I considered moving my blog to another server such as wordpress or blogger which might be more reader friendly, but I decided that I did not want to lose this blog and the posts I have. I admit though that my previous attempts at blogging were thwarted by the lack of an internet connection in my Berlin apartment, but this will not be the case this time! I am also running on a new computer (Tobi 2009, so RIP Lappy 2005)
I hope you all keep with me on this blog! The more readers the more accountable I will feel!
