I love celebrating splody days.

Something about the smell of gunpowder in the air as I walk out to my fireworks stash really makes me smile.

May God continue to bless those of us who like making/seeing things go boom.

Here's hoping 2011 treats you as well as or better than 2010.

I can see your artillery from my balcony. Betting you probably can't see mine, but I'm planning on at least a couple of breaks around midnight ..

There's some sort of low lying fog/cloud bank in between here and there. I saw some rapid fire stuff that looked like it was either your place or a bit east of you, but just colored flashes in the clouds. Tonight's probably not the best night to test it.

Just set off some more, but there are tons all around me. I'm guessing you can't distinguish mine, only have a few left for midnight, but still willing to send one up and confirm sighting via cellphone if you call.

Not clear enough, and at midnight I'm probably launching my own.

On the 4th, though, it was pretty clear where you were because no one else anywhere near was shooting off as much artillery as you guys were. I remember the direction pretty well. (It was completely clear that night. Not so much, tonight.)
