One part though is owning your voice in this. A rest, a delay, is a chance to play, watch a show, & express your thoughts. However, that expression, if we are unsettled or not in alignment can turn towards drama, resentment, and even the usage of words in vengeful ways. Do watch your words!
With all the balancing and multiplicity a few good reminders are that friendliness & relaxed time with friends & supports can be the reminders we need to expand further. Increased sensitivity can flow towards the increasing & expressing of knowledge but taking that rest/break time keeps the sensitivity from lending to anxiety.
