Cosplay and Convention List
UPDATE TO THE HIATUS.
Welp, it was long over due that I poked my head back into the con circuit, and I kind of did so at Otakon. But not as the avid cosplayer I used to be sadly. I still don't have the resources (thanks for taking over my sewing space mom! D: ) but the drive is still there. I'm going to try to work on little projects as I am able to, including fixing up Anti-spiral Nia and slowly completing Swan Lake Kraehe. I'm still going to cons, though, but mostly as a workshop host. :) Since you're on my friends list, you'll obviously be seeing the updates as to what cons I'm planning on going to, so if I'm going to be at a con you're at, let's meet up, okay? :D ♥
I'm currently on a hiatus from cons and cosplaying.
I'm praying I'll still be able to hang out with my friends a lot, but there's been so much anxiety around cons, so much stress. Right now I think I should try to maybe stop and just work hard to try and get things back in order a bit. Re-evaluate. I'm really sorry to everyone who I've been working with on groups and all, and I'm sorry to those who I've let down by having to drop costumes/groups. I feel like I've done a lot of that recently.
But, by helping to get my house back in order, I'll reclaim an area so I can have my friends over again, and I'll also reclaim my sewing area. Basically, once things are in (decent) order across the board, I'll try and come back. Of course, I'm flaky enough sometimes that I might not even be able to stay on this hiatus.
