Wow, happy you made it through the weekend alive! Heh. I fucking HATE it when one thing goes wrong, then another, then another... Grrrr. I eventually do the EXACT same as you and figure "Sod this" and go chill in bed.

What will I ever do now that we've started this Atkins thing?!?!?!? Today is Day One and I'm already craving breaddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd. How do you do it?!??!?!?!

We stopped doing it about 2 weeks ago... it does work, but it's really, really, really hard!! I just can't wake up and eat cheese or meat for breakfast- it makes me sick to my tummy. I also can't eat eggs because they make me VERY sick. I love the though of it coming off quickly, but it's not worth it to me to be craving things all the time. We are doing low-fat now and it's working out pretty well. I lost 1 pound last week- much slower than Atkins, but I feel good regardless. And- I really miss fruit more than anything!! You CAN have fruit after a while, but it's not all the fruit that I enjoy. I know that if you dont stick with it for life it's likely to come RIGHT back on- it's got to be more of a lifestyle change than anything and for us I think low-fat will work better long term for a healthy lifestyle. if you need any tips, let me know. I did it on and off for almost a year.
