The Lightwood Legacy; Generation One; Chapter One

Let's start off with out founder, shall we? This is Melody Lightwood. :3 I rolled her traits randomly and considering what traits she could have gotten, I'm glad that loser was her worst one.
I moved Melody into this little house in Barnacle Bay, though all you can see is a random-ass tree right there. :/
First things first, I had Melody cancel her subscription to the newspaper.
Melody: "Hello, newspaper delivery? Yes, I'd like to cancel my subscription. I don't remember applying for one anyway..."
...
Melody: "Well it's not like anyone reads them these days, sir."
Melody: "Well !@#$ you too."
O_o I take it that guy was upset...?
Melody: "You know it."
Next, Melody went to get a job in the business career.
So did you get the job?
Melody: "Do you even have to ask? I'm amazing. People can't say no to me."
.Melody decided to pass some time reading a book. There wasn't very much to do around here yet anyway.
Melody: "SHH! I'm getting to the good part!"
I had forgotten that Melody had invited her boss over, so when the doorbell rang she hurried to the door to greet him. ^_^
Melody: "Hello Mr. Johnkins. Pleased to meet you, I'm Melody Lightwood."
Lee: "It's a pleasure. Please, call me Lee."
Lee: I wonder if she has any good books to read...
Melody: Gee, my boss has a cute butt!
Lee: "I just have to say that those earrings are really fierce."
I sense a mutual attraction... :D
Melody: "Thanks! Your glasses are fashionable!"
Lee: "Wow! You think?"
Melody: "Don't tell anybody, but there's a creepy voice that follows me around everywhere!"
Lee: "No way!"
Gee... Thanks...
The two continued to chat and bring their friendship bar up, much to my satisfaction.
I think Lee likes. But that nose though.
Melody: "Imagine if I looked like this all the time!"
Lee: "As long as you don't look like this!"
Lee: "You know, you're a really cool girl."
Lee: "Wait... What are you - mmph!"
:O
...
Lee: "Me likey."
Lee: "Gimme some sugar, Sugar."
Melody: "Happy to oblige!"
*face sucking*
Lee: "You're a cutie."
Melody: "Well, you're adorable!"
...
...
...
I swear, they just started doing this stuff autonomously. It was so cute! C:
Melody: "Listen Lee, I know we've just met and all, but I really like you..."
Melody: "Do you want to... Well, you know... Be my boyfriend?"
I'll take that as a yes! <3
After this achievement, Melody decided to celebrate by eating some cereal. At 10:30 pm.
Melody: "This is totally normal. Besides, I'm too lazy to cook anything."
Finally! I have a sim who cleans up after herself, even though she isn't neat! :3
Melody: "Why is that thing so damn loud?! UGH!"
Looks like Lee had already found Melody's bed by the time she got there...
<3!!!
Only a short time later were the two awake yet again to continue sucking face. *shudders*
Good morning Lee, whatcha doing?
Lee: "Hello mysterious voice. I'm making breakfast."
Lee:"Crap! I burnt it!" :(
Aww, it's ok Lee. Better luck next time!
Melody: "Babe, I got you these!"
Lee: *gasp* "How did you know red is my favourite colour?!"
Lee: "They're beautiful, honey."
Melody: "There's also something else I wanted to give you..."
Lee: "And what is that?"
...
Melody: "You're so precious."
God, do you guys ever stop?!
Melody: "Catch me!"
Melody: "I have a really important question to ask you."
Lee: "What are you...?"
Melody: "Lee, I haven't even known you for a full day yet, but I'm in a legacy and I need to start popping out some babies. And I love you. So will you marry me?"
Lee: *shock*
Lee: "Oh my God, a thousand times yes!"

...
...
The cuteness subsided when the carpools arrived and Lee proceeded to almost piss himself on the kitchen floor...
Lee: "Good Lord to I need to pee."
Wow. How do you look so pretty wearing your work clothes?
Melody: "I'm just naturally stunning is all."
Six hours later, Melody emerged from work with a promotion. She is now level two in the business career, yay! :)
Melody: "I'm awesome."
Melody invited her fiance over to ask him to take their relationship to the next level.
Melody: "So how would you feel about moving in? You're going to get married to me anyway, so why not?"
Lee: "Fo shizzle!"
And here he is after his makeover! I didn't change any of his facial features, but I do hope to God that his children don't inherit his squinty eyes. Knowing my luck though, none of them will receive Melody's eye shape. Also, I changed his name from Lee-Roy to just Lee seeing as I'd been calling him that anyway... :)
Apparently in the short time they were apart Lee adopted a kitten named Fluffy. Isn't she so cute though?
Fluffy: "Mew?"
Lee: "Who's a cute little kitty? You are, yes you are!"
