Overdue random update
All my entries seem to start with something to the effect of "It has been a while since my last post." Well it has been a while. Things are going pretty well. Work has still been extremely stressful and I don't see much relief coming any time soon. But everything else is going pretty well.
Before my birthday, cmeador and I went to my parents house and celebrated my birthday with my family. It was so nice to be back in Cowan and see my family. I went on a trip to Tampa with Chris (and Thomas) for the week of my birthday. It was great to see my Uncle Greg's family and Granny. It was also super-fun to hang out with Chris's sister and brother-in-law. I got an awesome birthday gift-- an iPod Nano! Chris said I had gone way too long without one. So true. I use it all the time now! I've been acquiring my music in a legal fashion these days. My favorite purchase so far is the "Scrubs" Original Television Soundtrack. I love all the songs on there.
The past couple of weeks have been a bit of blur to me. Work is so draining that I often come home and just crash in front of the TV or with a book. But I've had some fun times with Chris and other friends. I am looking forward to seeing my family again in a few weeks.
I'm getting sleepy. I'm happy the work-week is more than half over. :)
