(no subject)
it has been a crazy two weeks for me and my family. two weeks ago (on a monday) my older sister and her husband got into a fight. they were out drinking and when they got home, they were locked out. my niece wasn't answering the door and my sister was pounding on the window so hard it shattered and her knuckles were bleeding. they went around to the back door, and he was asking her to take him to jamestown (ny) for a crack/coccaine run. she said no, so he punched her in the face and broke her jaw in two places. she was rushed to the hospital and had surgery at 7PM the next night. my mom, my niece, and i stayed at the hospital with her. the surgery took 6 hours. she and her kids have been staying at my house with me, my sister and my brother. did i forget to mention that there is 5 of them? but they left this past thursday. it's weird not having them around. but it was pretty hectic with that many people in my small one story house. she is getting a divorce. finally. she has been through so much shit. she has been putting up with 12 years of this.
i hope everyone's christmas was good. mine was pretty good. my sister and brother didn't seem too into it, though. they were more worried about partying and being with their friends than being with me and my mom. i got the usual clothes and stuff like that. but i DID get my digital camera.
