(no subject)
Okay I'm really going to try to make this LJ thing happen, despite my views on restricting my time on the internet and going back to the days of bartering(raising goats in my backyard as we speak..hahah)...I figure it would be good for my writing skills.

Well, I'm on week five here in Vegas. So far, so good. Actually, it's been pretty damn good. We got settled into the house...but there is so much more to do, and still many more boxes to unpack. I guess you really can't expect to take 25 years of belongings put them in a box, then bring it to a whole new state and then unload the mutha in a few days. Takes time my friends! I've been getting a lot of questions from folks from the Bay asking me how hot it is out here. Apparently...not as hot as back in Cali! Okay, let me break it down to you guys, seriously....it's not as hot as you think it is...the heat is different out here. When its 95 degrees outside, it feels like its 80. So don't worry ya'll, I'm still alive. Nothing a big bottle of Aquafina won't fix.
I'm off to Maui in 2 days, and I just can't wait! I haven't been back to Hawaii since I left when I was 3 years old. So everything will be fresh and brand new to me. Time to put my digital cam to work! I really don't want to do the whole tourist thing, but then again I do. I just need vacation away right now. I figure I might as well make the best right now before I start working again...because I won't stop workin' until I say when...
I talked to K today. Man I missed that girl. I honestly can say that I'm happy for her. A picture paints a thousand words...and the first that came to mind was "finally". Can't wait 'til she comes to Vegas so we can hit up every single Ross in the valley. You think I'm kidding huh. Okay maybe I am. My wallet isn't havin it.
