(no subject)
Oh man, I'm so stoked about the iPhone that I just had to post it on LiveJournal. Yes...I do realize how cool this makes me. And they just revealed the cost of the plans....awesome! Now only 3 days and 6 hours until its here. I think the greatest thing is that you can be in and out at stores and not have to wait for them to activate it. Thats awesome!! Ok...thats my excitement....and nobody's a loser. lol
I guess I should update my life too...... Just got a new church job (first time in four years). I will now be music director at Our Lady of the Woods in Woodhaven starting July 29! This is such a big step up for me. It pays more than 2.6x what I'm making now, allows me a budget (they didn't allow me to spend at St. Jude), they'll be getting me a new iMac later this summer when the new ones roll out because there's a BIG Mac guy at OLOW...we talked...good times. I get benefits, and pension also. Huge office and just soooo many things at my disposal. Its everything I could have wanted and more! There church has 2000 families while St. Jude has less than 400....big jump, ya know?
In other good news. High School Musical is going great, one weekend left. I sure hope that all of you guys will be coming to see the show. Its really good. I feel like there is this huge gap between Mary and "her group" of DYPAC kids, and Karen and "her group" of DYPAC kids. I know that everyone runs things differently but don't discriminate for that reason. It really is a great show! Freedom Fest was also this weekend. It was a crazy busy weekend with 2 HSM shows, 3 Freedom Concerts, 2 Church Services, and making 150 chicken caesar wraps by Sunday. I past out hardcore Sunday night.
But all-in-all....life is AMAZING and will be even better Friday (after 6).
